CONNECTION: To love our community and actively seek out ways to support and collaborate with organizations and individuals through community service, all while encouraging them to become involved in our program.

MENTORSHIP: To encourage our teens to broaden their horizons by instilling essential life values and helping them develop the character and skills necessary for a prosperous and fulfilling future.

LEARNING: To curate opportunities for the social and emotional growth of our teens, providing crucial life skills. Our belief in preparing them for a brighter future is rooted in fostering personal development and enriching their interpersonal experiences.

FUN: To create an atmosphere of enjoyment, continuously building new relationships between our volunteers and teenagers, and fostering an environment of fun at every possible opportunity. This enriches the experiences of both our volunteers and teens

EMPOWERMENT: To encourage our teens' self-worth by embracing their unique identities and pushing them to pursue their goals, nurturing self-acceptance, confidence, and reaching for their full potential.

INCUSIVENESS: To make sure each teen feels welcomed and safe in our center and can truly feel they belong, each individual is celebrated for their unique qualities, fostering a sense of value for who they are.
