Youth Program Assistant

Part-Time, School-Year Position | Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM | $17.13/hour

Rocksolid Community Teen Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and youth-focused Youth Program Assistant to join our team!

This is a hands-on role working directly with middle and high school students during our after-school program. You’ll help build relationships with teens, lead and participate in activities, provide supervision, assist with school transportation, and help create an environment where teens want to spend their afternoons.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Genuinely enjoys working with teenagers

• Is dependable, positive, patient, and able to work as part of a team

• Is comfortable jumping into games, activities, gym time, and conversations with teens

• Can maintain clear expectations and appropriate professional boundaries

• Is comfortable working in an active and sometimes loud environment

• Is at least 21 years old

• Has a valid Washington State driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Can pass required background checks and fingerprinting

Previous experience working with youth is preferred but not required.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM during the school year
Pay: $17.13 per hour
Location: Rocksolid Community Teen Center – Brush Prairie, WA
Position: Part-Time, In Person

This position does not include regular summer hours. Limited summer hours may be available if Rocksolid offers summer camps, special programs, or events.
