Membership FAQ

  • Rocksolid is open to students in 5th through 12th grade. We welcome teens of all backgrounds and aim to create a safe, inclusive space for everyone.

  • You can complete the online registration form on our website. Registration must be completed and approved before your teen can regularly attend.

  • Yes, there is a $40 annual registration fee.
    This helps support daily programming, supplies, and snacks. Scholarships may be available if needed.

  • Rocksolid operates on the school-year schedule and is typically open after school 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
    Exact hours may vary based on the school calendar and special events.

  • Yes! We offer limited transportation from select schools.

    • Transportation is first come, first served

    • Space is limited based on van capacity

    • Teens must be registered and approved for transportation

    Failure to follow transportation expectations may result in loss of transportation privileges.

  • Teens may visit one time as a guest with parent/guardian permission.
    After that, a completed registration is required to continue attending.

  • We want every teen to have a great experience at Rocksolid.

    If your teen has an IEP, 504 plan, or other support needs, a staff member may connect with you to ensure we can best support them within our group-based program environment.

  • All Rocksolid staff and volunteers are background checked and trained to provide a safe, supportive environment for teens.

  • We focus on growth, accountability, and support.

    • Staff will address concerns directly with teens

    • Parents/guardians may be contacted if needed

    • Continued or serious issues may result in loss of privileges or removal from the program

  • Teens should bring:

    • A positive attitude

    • Respect for others

    • Any personal items they may need for the day

  • No. Teens are expected to stay at Rocksolid until pickup or the end of programming unless prior arrangements have been made with staff by a parent or guardian.

    This helps us maintain a safe, supervised environment for all participants.
