Rocksolid Announces New Executive Director

Brush Prairie, WA — December 10, 2025

Rocksolid Community Teen Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Gilson as its new Executive Director. Grant brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, youth programming, and community leadership to the organization.

Grant has served in multiple leadership and management roles within the nonprofit sector, where he has been recognized for strengthening programs, building partnerships, and supporting mission-driven growth. As a long-time resident of the region, he is passionate about creating safe, enriching, and empowering spaces for teens. 

The Rocksolid Teen Center Board of Directors loves the combination of experience that Grant has with non-profits, fundraising and youth.  But we are even more impressed with Grant's heart for serving the youth of our community.  We're excited to witness the direction and growth that he'll lead the program, building upon the foundation of our past.

In his role as Executive Director, Grant will oversee daily operations, program development, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach, supporting Rocksolid’s mission Transforming Lives Through Positive Youth Development, Mentorship and Growth.
